3.1 Live Training Services

Securoth offers instructor-led sessions delivered on-site or online. Sessions cover topics such as phishing recognition, secure password practices, and incident response drills. Scheduling is subject to availability.

3.2 Digital Learning Products

Our digital resources include self-paced online modules, video tutorials, and downloadable guides. Access details are provided upon completion of the enrollment process.

3.3 Physical Materials and Items

Securoth may supply printed manuals, training kits, and branded merchandise. Availability varies by region and stock levels.

4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Live Training Services

Cancellations received at least 7 days before the scheduled session qualify for a full refund or one-time schedule change at no extra charge. Requests made fewer than 7 days before the session are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once within 90 days of the original date.

4.2 Digital Learning Products

Due to immediate access to digital resources, we do not issue refunds after access credentials have been delivered. If technical issues prevent access, contact support and we will restore access or extend the period of availability.

4.3 Physical Materials and Items

If a delivered item is defective, report the issue within 14 days of receipt. Securoth will either send a replacement or issue a refund to the payment source. For non-defective items, customers may send them back in original condition within 30 days of delivery to request a replacement. Shipping costs for replacements are the responsibility of the sender. Once items are received at our facility, refunds are processed within 15 business days.

5. Limitation of Liability

Securoth is not liable for indirect or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, products, or resources. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bern.
